BEDAT & COMPANY is a watch brand for women, created by women. Its founder, Simone BEDAT, was born in 1931 in the small town of Luné near the French border and began her career in the watch industry at the age of 15 as an apprentice in a case factory. Having spent most of her life in the luxury watch industry, she leveraged the knowledge, experience, and solid connections she had gained there to launch the company in 1996 as a women's brand.
Although still a young brand, this brand carefully responds to and reflects the needs and aspirations of women, and has already garnered support from discerning women when it comes to choosing their watches. The design, inspired by the aesthetic traditions of the Art Deco period, shines with a sophisticated style that goes beyond simply being a smaller version of a men's watch, and the brand has also established its own standard, the AOSC (Swiss Certificate of Origin), demonstrating the strict quality control of all Swiss-made products.
The company was also a pioneer in introducing diamond-set watches in stainless steel cases, and its lineup ranges from office-friendly watches with subtle diamond accents on the dial to more glamorous pieces perfect for the holiday season.
