Czapek has unveiled a limited-edition model, the "Antarctic Frozen Meteor." This watch features a dial made from Gibeon meteorite, and the mysterious geometric patterns unique to the meteorite are overlaid with a light blue lacquer finish, resulting in a model with a truly icy, cool appearance, as its name suggests. It will be available in two sizes, 40.5mm and 38.5mm in diameter, with the former limited to 38 pieces and the latter to 25 pieces.

The highlight of the watch is the dial, which uses material from the Gibeon meteorite, estimated to be 6 million years old, that is believed to have fallen in what is now Namibia. This iron meteorite has a "Widmanstätten pattern," which is formed when a molten iron-nickel alloy cools over an immense period of time in outer space, and its unique geometric pattern adds a mystical aspect to this timepiece.
Furthermore, this new release marks a complete departure from the warm forest green of its predecessor, "Antarctic Green Meteor," instead pursuing a thoroughly cool color scheme. Rather than the saturation of the iconic "Cosmic Blue," it evokes raw denim, polar ice at twilight, and the metallic gray of a winter sky.
The movement continues to feature the Cal.SXH5, as in existing Antarctic models. It boasts a power reserve of approximately 60 hours, and the transparent case back allows viewers to admire the platinum micro-rotor and sandblasted bridges, among other decorations that adhere to the brand's haute horlogerie standards.
Furthermore, a notable feature of this model is the introduction of the new generation "V2 bracelet." Manufactured by an external specialist supplier, this bracelet retains design elements such as the C-shaped polished center link, but achieves an even sharper, more edgy finish through more precise control of manufacturing tolerances. In addition, it has been updated with a new quick-change system using a push-button release, allowing for easy strap replacement without tools.
