The current "Ingenieur" collection, launched in 2023, traces its roots back to the "Ingenieur SL" designed by Gerald Genta in 1976. Featuring an ergonomically designed integrated bracelet, it is positioned as the brand's flagship luxury sports watch. A new color called "Pool Color" has been added to its 35mm diameter model.

IWC Ingenieur Automatic 35, Ref. IW324902
Automatic movement (Cal. 47110). 28,800 vibrations/hour. 23 jewels. Power reserve approximately 42 hours. Stainless steel case (35.1mm diameter, 9.4mm thickness). 10 ATM water resistance. 1,765,500 yen (tax included).

This new color, a shade somewhere between light blue and green, is characterized by a refreshing quality reminiscent of sparkling water. Furthermore, its combination with the Ingenieur's signature lustrous grid pattern creates a sense of depth. The indices and hands are also treated with rhodium plating and Super-LumiNova, and the contrast with the dial's texture ensures excellent legibility.

The new dial, with its refreshing "pool colors," exudes a pop of charm. Combined with the exquisite 35mm case size, this watch is perfect for both men and women, adding a touch of vibrancy to your wrist this summer.

The "Ingenieur Automatic 35" series, to which this model belongs, condenses the design codes of the Ingenieur, which were established in the 40mm diameter model, into a compact size of 35mm in diameter and 9.4mm in thickness. There are no changes to the specifications except for the dial color, and the surface finish and functionality are the same as in previous models.

The stainless steel case, water-resistant to 10 atmospheres, the bezel secured with five screws, and the integrated bracelet feature a skillful combination of polished and satin finishes, creating a striking contrast in texture. In particular, the bracelet, with its closely spaced H-shaped links, fits flexibly to the wrist, greatly contributing to a comfortable wearing experience.

The movement is the same Cal.47110 as in previous models. It boasts a power reserve of approximately 42 hours, and the gold-plated rotor and the workings of the heart of the movement can be admired through the transparent case back.
