From Orient's contemporary collection, the "Orient Strett" series has introduced new models with a 32mm diameter case and a solar quartz movement. Five models are available in white, navy, and brown, and all are scheduled to be released on August 20, 2026 (Thursday).
A new, urban-style series, "Strett," has added a small-diameter solar-powered model.
Launched in 2025 as part of the contemporary collection, the "Orient Strett" series features a modern and urban look, in contrast to the classical "Orient Bambino." The collection name "Strett" is derived from a musical term meaning to quicken the tempo towards the climax, and it features a dial and sharp lugs inspired by modern architecture.

The new additions to this series are five models featuring a compact 32.1mm diameter case.
Three of the models feature bracelets and come in three colors: white, navy, and brown. All dials combine a sunray finish with an arched design, and the placement of three-dimensional wedge-shaped indices enhances legibility.
The remaining two models feature white and navy dials, paired with black or brown leather straps that complement the dials. These models feature Roman numerals, diamond-cut metal parts, and glitter prints on the dial, offering a more elegant finish compared to the sharper bracelet models.
All models feature a solar quartz movement that converts sunlight and indoor light into energy to power the watch. This eliminates the need for regular battery changes, and a full charge provides approximately six months of continuous operation. Furthermore, its slim design contributes to the overall slender silhouette of the watch, with a case thickness of just 7.1mm.
