Orient's "Multi-Year Calendar" model, originally released overseas, will now be available for sale in Japan.

Orient has announced a new model, the "Multi-Year Calendar," from its Contemporary Collection. This watch features an innovative calendar mechanism that covers the year, month, day, and day of the week, allowing for detailed display of dates up to approximately 20 years in advance. Two dial colors are available: gold gradient and green, both scheduled for release on August 20, 2026 (Thursday).

The overseas version of the "Multi-Year Calendar" will now be available for sale in Japan.

　Orient will release two new models of its "Multi-Year Calendar" watch as part of its Contemporary Collection on August 20th (Thursday). Since its inception in the 1960s, this collection has been continuously updated as a calendar watch with a bold and highly original design. Now, the current models, which were previously only sold overseas, will be officially released in Japan.

　The highlight of this watch is its multi-calendar, which combines the "year (last two digits)" and "month" displays at the 12 o'clock position with the "day of the week" and "date" displays at the 6 o'clock position, creating a unique mechanism that can display dates up to approximately 20 years in advance. Furthermore, this complex calendar function can be adjusted entirely using only the crown, making it a highly practical design.

　By narrowing the bezel, the dial area is maximized, allowing the calendar display to be laid out as large as possible, while keeping the case diameter to 43.5mm.

　The watch comes in two variations: a glamorous gold gradient model with a case finished in the same color, and a deep green model. Both dials feature a sunray finish, making the calendar mechanism stand out. Furthermore, the three-dimensional indices and thick, faceted hour and minute hands enhance readability.
