Lavoir has unveiled its new "Heritage Small Seconds" collection, reviving the tradition of small seconds watches manufactured in the 1940s and 1950s. The collection features three different dial designs, each inspired by a different source, and all models are equipped with COSC-certified chronometer movements.
Lavoir's heritage expressed through three dials
Lavoir has unveiled its new "Heritage Small Seconds" collection. This collection carries on the tradition of small seconds watches manufactured by the company from the 1940s to the 1950s, featuring a classic case proportion and a COSC-certified chronometer movement. Some of the company's watches manufactured in the mid-20th century had "Chronomètre" inscribed on the dial, and this new model revives that historical design for the modern era.

The lineup consists of three models: "BATON 641.480," "SCRIPT 641.407," and "NUMERAL 641.500." The BATON model is inspired by two vintage watches from the 1930s and features a combination of rounded Arabic numerals and bar indices. A distinctive feature is its refined appearance, achieved through a blue-based dial.

The "BATON" features a blue dial. Inspired by two vintage watches from the 1930s, this model embodies the purest form of dress watch design. Automatic movement (Cal. LC-350). 28,800 vibrations/hour. Power reserve approximately 56 hours. Stainless steel case (37.8mm diameter, 10.5mm thickness). 50m water resistance. ¥484,000 (tax included)
SCRIPT draws inspiration from a vintage chronograph with a white dial and Breguet numerals that was unveiled at an auction in Monaco in 2018. Designer Mathieu Allégret reinterpreted the typography, creating a dial that incorporates elegant Breguet numerals and the cursive lettering of "Chronomètre."

Featuring Breguet numeral indices and a nuanced white dial, this watch evokes a vintage feel. It was created under the direction of designer Mathieu Allégret. Automatic movement (Cal. LC-350). 28,800 vibrations/hour. Power reserve approximately 56 hours. Stainless steel case (37.8mm diameter, 10.5mm thickness). 50m water resistance. ¥484,000 (tax included).
The third model, NUMERAL, inherits the design of the watch that was auctioned at Christie's in 2012 and became the catalyst for Lavoir's revival. The black dial features printed Arabic numerals arranged symmetrically, with a small seconds subdial at the 6 o'clock position.

Inspired by the model that marked the revival of Lavoir, the "NUMERAL" features precisely printed Arabic numeral indices. It is an automatic watch (Cal. LC-350) with a power reserve of approximately 56 hours. It has a stainless steel case (37.8mm diameter, 10.5mm thickness) and is water-resistant to 50 meters. The estimated price is 484,000 yen (including tax).
All three models feature a stainless steel case with a diameter of 37.8mm and a thickness of 10.5mm. They are equipped with the Cal.LC-350 automatic movement, based on Sellita's Cal.SW300, and have a power reserve of approximately 56 hours.
