Casio has released a new limited-edition model of its analog radio-controlled solar watch "OCEANUS," themed around classic style. Available in two versions—a three-hand model and a chronograph model—both feature a semi-matte gradient dial. A key feature is the leather strap crafted by the long-established manufacturer "Tochigi Leather."

A limited edition model that allows you to enjoy the aging of the leather strap.
Casio's "OCEANUS" line, which champions "Elegance, Technology," has released two new limited-edition models. The "Manta" three-hand model, which pursues a high-quality, slim style, will be limited to 300 pieces, and the "Classic Line" chronograph model will be limited to 500 pieces. Both will be sold exclusively in Japan.

Solar-powered quartz watch. Sapphire crystal and titanium case (41.3mm diameter, 9.2mm thickness). 10 ATM water resistance. Limited to 300 pieces in Japan. 165,000 yen (tax included).

Solar quartz movement. Titanium case (42.8mm diameter, 10.7mm thickness). 10 ATM water resistance. Limited to 500 pieces in Japan. 115,500 yen (tax included).
Both models, themed around classic style, feature a semi-matte dial. The three-hand model is adorned in gray tones, while the chronograph model is in green tones, with the addition of pink gold accents giving them an elegant and glamorous look. Furthermore, by precisely controlling the light transmittance, they have achieved both vibrant dial colors and stable operation thanks to solar power.

Furthermore, what enhances the timeless appeal of this watch is the full-vegetable tanned leather strap made by Tochigi Leather, a leather manufacturing specialist founded in 1937. The high-quality genuine leather, finished by craftsmen through 20 processes, not only becomes softer and more comfortable on the wrist with use, but also allows you to enjoy the deepening color and luster that comes with aging.

In terms of functionality, it features 10 ATM water resistance, Tough Solar power, and automatic time correction compatible with standard radio waves from six stations worldwide, all condensed into a slim and lightweight titanium case. The three-hand model, in particular, is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity to smartphones, allowing for detailed time settings via the dedicated "CASIO WATCHES" app.
