DKSH Japan begins selling LAURENT FERRIER

DKSH Japan has signed an exclusive agency agreement with Swiss luxury watch maison LAURENT FERRIER (hereinafter referred to as Laurent Ferrier), and will begin handling the company's products in Japan from January 1, 2019. At the 18th Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève, held in Geneva in November, Laurent Ferrier's Galet Annual calendar won the GPHG Award in the Men's Complications category. Having previously won the GPHG award twice, in 2010 and 2015, this marks the brand's third time receiving the award. (Photo from left)

Laurent Ferrier, with its atelier in Geneva, Switzerland, is a luxury watchmaking house that practices the CREATIVELY CLASSIC philosophy (drawing inspiration from mechanical watches of the past and using the latest technology to create masterpieces). Laurent Ferrier was born in Geneva, Switzerland in 1946. After graduating from the School of Watchmaking in Geneva in 1968, he worked at Patek Philippe, designing movements, among other things. In 2008, after 37 years at the company, he left and founded the watch brand that bears his name, Laurent Ferrier. Since unveiling his first collection at Baselworld in 2010, the brand has continued to attract attention from watch collectors worldwide.
