A. Lange & Söhne has announced the Grand Lange 1 Moon Phase "25th Anniversary" to celebrate the model's 25th anniversary. This model is one of 10 anniversary models scheduled to be released consecutively on the 24th of each month until October of this year, and is the second model following the previous "Lange 1 Moon Phase "25th Anniversary"."
The solid silver dial features uniformly blue numerals, letters, indexes and hands, a feature common to all anniversary models, but the moon phase mechanism also features a hand-engraved white gold moon disc, a first for the brand.
The balance cock of the Cal. L095 movement is engraved with an "outsize date indicating the 25th" to indicate that it is an anniversary model. This engraved line is colored blue to match the overall design of the watch.
