Basel Diary March 24 Breitling
Breitling has released some powerful new products this year, but the one that caught my eye the most was the Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Norton Edition.
Norton is a motorcycle that represents Britain and is a racing bike hero that has crossed the checkered flag many times in various motorcycle races, including the Isle of Man race.
Breitling has expanded its expertise from aviation watches to land, sea, and air, and this Norton model was created this year as a watch for the land world.
There used to be a lot of great motorcycle manufacturers in the UK, including Norton, Triumph, Royal Enfield, BSA, Ariel, and others, each with their own unique character.
One famous Norton lover was Che Guevara, who was a medical student at the time. He named his beloved 1939 Norton 500 "The Mighty One" and traveled to South America with a friend. He later wrote a book called "Motorcycle Travel Diary of South America," which was later made into a movie.
This second chronograph, with its nostalgic design, features a classic stainless steel case, black dial, silver subdials and inside bezel, giving it just the right vintage feel.
The belt is made of natural brown Orlando leather, and its texture has a nostalgic feel to it.
The Navitimer 1 B01 gave birth to a series called the Airline Edition, which featured three airlines: SWISS AIR, TWA, and the nostalgic PANAM.
The striking orange and vibrant blue accent the tachymeter ring and other parts, giving the watch a light and airy impression. It comes with a Milanese-style Ocean Classic bracelet and a rare band, so you can choose the one you like best. With the coming humid and hot weather, it might be a good idea to wear the metal bracelet and then switch to leather in the fall.
