Hublot will release its second connected watch, the Big Bang e, in June. This new smartwatch, which inherits the beauty of the iconic Big Bang, is available in two types: titanium or ceramic. Featuring four dials—analog, GMT, perpetual calendar with moon phase, and art—the 42mm case is made up of 42 components and features a multi-material layering structure designed by Hublot. With its crown and pusher design, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, comfortable rubber strap, unique folding buckle, and patented one-click strap change system, this connected watch is just like the Big Bang.
Design inherited from the Big Bang and highly practical
The Big Bang e is available in two materials. The black version is ceramic (Ref. 440.CI.1100.RX) and the silver version is titanium (Ref. 440.NX.1100.RX). It uses the industry-standard Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor. It is compatible with Android 6.0 and above, iOS 12.0 and above. It has a one-day battery life and a 300 mAh battery. It is available in either ceramic or titanium (42.2mm diameter, 12.8mm thick). It is water resistant to 30 meters. The ceramic model is priced at ¥620,000 (excluding tax), while the titanium model is priced at ¥550,000 (excluding tax).
Equipped with Wear OS by Google™, which is available for both Android and iOS, the Big Bang e allows users to download numerous apps from Google Play and use the Google Assistant to find the information they need. Users can also make various payments with Google Pay, and of course check and reply to emails (some restrictions may apply on iOS). Furthermore, Hublot plans to add specially designed dials by Hublot ambassadors and artists in the future.
