Panerai seems to be having a Luminor fest in 2020. They've released new models, especially for the Luminor Marina. The "Luminor Marina - 44mm" now features a shiny blue dial with a sunray finish. Paired with a blue crocodile strap, it expresses Italian elegance in a trendy, one-tone look. The Luminor lineup is moving toward a unified 44mm model equipped with the P.9010 caliber.

Panerai Luminor Marina - 44MM

Panerai's Luminor Marina - 44mm, unveiled at Watches & Wonders (formerly SIHH) in 2020, features a blue dial and other new innovations. The notable feature is the historic sandwich dial. While the structure is the same as the current model, the Super-LumiNova has been changed from sand beige to white. The same applies to the Luminova on the hour, minute, and second hands. This change to white Luminova completely erases the "Navy Special Forces mission watch (secret weapon)" image. While Panerai's trend toward fashion may not be well-received by Paneristi, it is likely to be well-received by men who love Italian fashion. However, there are still various trappings available for the macho Paneristi this year, so secret weapon lovers should check out the Panerai Luminor Marina Fibratech - 44mm and Luminor Marina DMLS - 44mm.
