Citizen flagship store opens in Shinsaibashi, Osaka

The flagship store "Citizen Flagship Store Osaka," which will carry all Citizen Watch Group watches, will open in Shinsaibashi, Osaka on October 14th. This will be the second store in Japan after the Tokyo store, and the first in the Kansai area.

　The Citizen Flagship Store Osaka will carry the main brands of the Citizen Watch Group, including "Citizen," "Arnold & Son," and "Bulova." It will offer one of the largest collections in Western Japan, selling not only standard models but also limited edition models.

　The bright, white-toned interior of the store is designed with the concept of "a place where you can feel comfortable." The store also has brand specialists with specialized knowledge who will recommend the perfect watch for you from the lineup. The store's "repair workshop" is available for consultations regarding maintenance, and band adjustments, battery replacements, and some inspection work are also available.

The second floor has booths separated by brand, and the overall atmosphere is more relaxed than the first floor.

　To celebrate the opening, the Citizen Flagship Store Osaka is running a campaign where customers who purchase selected models in-store will receive a limited number of original replacement straps. The eligible models are two Citizen "The Citizen Caliber 0100 Stainless Steel Models" and the Frederique Constant "Classic Carre Ladies (Ref. FC-200MCD14)." Purchasers of the Caliber 0100 Stainless Steel Model will receive a black alligator leather strap, and purchasers of the Classic Carre Ladies will receive a pink alligator leather strap. Both are limited in quantity and on a first-come, first-served basis.

　Additionally, as the second part of the grand opening campaign, the museum will be showcasing an early preview of the Citizen Satellite Wave GPS F950, scheduled for release in winter 2020. In 1970, the company introduced the world's first titanium wristwatch. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the company's launch, and the Satellite Wave GPS F950 was released to commemorate this. This model, made with Super Titanium™ and featuring the company's proprietary processing and surface hardening technologies, will be sold in a limited edition of 550 pieces worldwide. This early preview, which includes a try-on option, will be available for a limited time only, until November 15th.
