Rebellion, a watch manufacturer that has been creating watches inspired by motorsports, has released a new model, the Predator Apnea, which will be released in a limited edition of 20 pieces worldwide.

Predator Apnea with a bold dial design
Rebellion is a watch brand with deep ties to motorsports, having its origins in a maintenance company founded in 1970 as a service agent for Ferrari and Maserati. The brand will run a racing team until the 2020 season, and in Japan it will support the Buzz Racing Team with B-Max, which will compete in the All Japan Super Formula Championship. Drawing on the technology it has cultivated in motorsports, the brand creates unique watches.
The newly released Predator Apnea features a three-dimensional design with large indexes made of layered Super-LumiNova, a luminous paint, on a 3D honeycomb-structured dial. The three hands, half of the date window, and the minute markers are also coated with bright blue Super-LumiNova, which glows blue even in the dark, ensuring visibility. The color also accents the unified black case and strap.
The case is made of lightweight, durable grade 5 titanium. Furthermore, a DLC coating overcomes titanium's inherent weakness of being easily scratched, making it scratch-resistant and durable enough to withstand tough use. The black rubber strap features a D-buckle that can be adjusted to the millimeter for a comfortable fit. This buckle is a proprietary, patented mechanism.
