The Royal Oak Tourbillon was released in 1997 to commemorate the collection's 25th anniversary. The newly released Royal Oak Flying Tourbillon is an updated version of this watch with an automatic flying tourbillon. Michael Friedman, Head of Complications, said, "The Royal Oak Tourbillon was released in 1997 to commemorate the Royal Oak's 25th anniversary. This latest version, combining a flying tourbillon with an automatic mechanism, is a modern classic with an updated design for a new era."

This model is crafted from lightweight titanium and has a subdued, monochromatic look. The dial is sandblasted, a departure from the Royal Oak's trademark "Grande Tapisserie" design. The gray color and the matte finish of the dial harmonize to create a modern impression.

This stainless steel model features a smoky blue dial that exudes a sophisticated atmosphere. The unique dial is an "Evolving Tapisserie" design that combines a sunburst pattern centered on the tourbillon carriage at 6 o'clock with Grand Tapisserie. The contrast between the deep blue and the luminous 18K white gold indexes is refreshing.

This 18K pink gold model exudes a luxurious atmosphere. Like the stainless steel model, it features an Evolving Tapisserie dial, which combines a sunburst pattern with Grand Tapisserie. The combination of a pink gold case and bracelet with a smoke gray dial creates an urban look without being too flashy.

The case back reveals the movement's Côtes de Genève, satin-brushed, and snailed finishes, while the rotor, made of the same material as the case, is adorned with an openworked brand logo.

The movement used in these three new models is the Caliber 2950. This automatic movement was released in 2019 and features a flying tourbillon and a central rotor. The company's first flying tourbillon watch was the Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon, released in 2018.
