Ball Watch, which develops robust and highly reliable practical mechanical watches, began selling its "Roadmaster" series, which had not previously been available in Japan, in December. The first in the series is the "Roadmaster Marine GMT," which features a GMT function that allows you to keep track of up to three time zones thanks to a 24-hour hand and a bidirectional rotating 24-hour bezel. A GMT mechanism like a luxury watch
The greatest feature of this watch is its easy-to-use GMT function. While the 24-hour hand is usually adjusted using the crown, it can now be adjusted using two pushers on the left side of the case. The 24-hour hand, with its skeletonized tip, moves back one hour with the pusher at 8 o'clock and forward one hour with the pusher at 10 o'clock. This special mechanism was developed by Phi Van Tran, head of Ball Watch's R&D department, Patrick Lab. It was realized by combining a unique module based on the SW220-1 caliber. This is a mechanism that Phi Van Tran is proud of, having previously brought innovations to Greubel Forsey and Péquigne, and having worked on Ball Watch's first in-house movement.
GMT with a choice of three bezel types
While there are no time limits for push button operation, simultaneous operation of two push buttons is prohibited, as well as operating the crown. Featuring a lightweight, rust-resistant titanium case with a bold finish, 200m water resistance (as the model name suggests) for use in the ocean, shock resistance (5,000Gs)—a rarity among mechanical watches—a Swiss COSC-certified chronometer movement—proof of high precision—date and day display for business use, a luminous ceramic top bezel with color-coded 24-hour time zones, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal that maintains visibility even in strong sunlight, and a self-luminous micro gas light that makes reading the time in the dark—this is a highly satisfying watch that pursues both functionality and practicality.

Equipped with 27 self-luminous micro gas lights on the hands and dial
The bidirectional rotating bezel's 24-hour display ring allows you to see the time in three different countries. The micro gas light, which is 70 times more luminous than Super-LumiNova, emits green and orange light, making it easy to tell the time even in the dark.
