With the Spirit of Big Bang Tourbillon 5-Day Power Reserve Carbon White, Hublot combines black and white to demonstrate the allure of opposites. The 42mm case, caseback, and bezel are crafted from carbon fiber with a white composite. This white composite is made from microfibers, primarily used as a non-woven fabric (NWF) to improve the material's strength. During production, the NWF is infused with carbon fiber using epoxy resin and then placed in a special mold to create the case prototype.
