The BEST Shinjuku flagship store, operated by Best Hanbai, will be closed for approximately four months from January 25th to late May due to a major renovation. From February 11th, the store will resume operations at a temporary location, and a pop-up shop for brands sold at the Shinjuku flagship store will be open for a limited time at its sister store, ISHIDA Omotesando.
BEST Shinjuku main store scheduled for major renovation
BEST Hanbai, an authorized watch retailer, has temporarily closed its Shinjuku flagship store in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, from January 25, 2021, due to a major renovation. The store is scheduled to reopen in late May with an expanded floor space.
The temporary store will begin operations on February 11th, and the affiliated store ISHIDA Omotesando has opened a pop-up shop for some of the brands handled at the Shinjuku flagship store. Repairs for watches purchased at the Shinjuku flagship store can be carried out at the temporary store, but for watch dock service (regular inspections of purchased watches), the watch must be brought to another affiliated store, such as ISHIDA Omotesando.
