TAG Heuer [2021 New Release] "TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre Heuer 02T Chronograph Tourbillon" in the popular blue color

TAG Heuer has added an Azure (blue) model with a titanium bracelet to the TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre Heuer 02 Chronograph Tourbillon, which is equipped with a flying tourbillon. The watch features a sunray-finished dial for the first time, as well as blue accents on the automatic winding rotor on the back, pushers, and tourbillon cage bridge. Only 250 pieces will be released worldwide.

Blue that stands out everywhere

　TAG Heuer has announced the 2021 TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre Heuer 02T Chronograph Tourbillon, featuring the popular blue color. While there are several blue models in the company's lineup, this is the first time that it has been used in a collection featuring a tourbillon.

　What's noteworthy is the blue used throughout. The entire dial is sunray-finished, creating a beautiful texture that changes appearance with the reflection of light. Blue is also used on the crown, push buttons, and the rubber that protects them, as well as the automatic winding rotor. The ceramic bezel with tachymeter scale is finished in cerulean blue to match the dial.

High-precision Caliber Heuer 02T

　The in-house movement, the Caliber Heuer 02T, is not just a price cut, but also guarantees high accuracy, demonstrating the company's technological prowess. The lightweight titanium flying tourbillon, which operates at 28,800 vph, is certified by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC). In addition, the complex chronograph mechanism and automatic winding mechanism are housed within a 31mm diameter, achieving both aesthetic and functionality.

　The use of a grade 5 titanium case and a grade 2 titanium bracelet is also a first for the Heuer 02T collection. Titanium is more scratch- and corrosion-resistant than stainless steel, and is lighter, making it a material that vastly improves practicality. Combined with the refreshing blue of the dial, it creates a stunning combination that exudes a sporty yet elegant impression.
