Sinn [New for 2021] Sports Chronograph "144.ST.S.JUB.II" Celebrating the Brand's 60th Anniversary

In 2021, Sinn celebrates its 60th anniversary and will release a special edition of its sports chronograph, the 144. The case and bracelet feature a black hard coating, setting it apart from the standard model, and the dial color has been updated for improved visibility. Only 600 pieces will be available worldwide, and the watch will be available from June 2021.

Special "144" limited to 600 pieces

　Founded in 1961, Sinn will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2021. To celebrate this milestone year, the company will release a limited edition model of its sports chronograph "144," the "144.ST.S.JUB.II."

　The 144 is a model with a long history in the Sinn collection, having been released in 1974 and produced to this day with various updates. The original 144 had a black chrome-finished case with a mineral glass crystal and was only water resistant to 50m. Comparing this with current performance shows how Sinn watches have evolved.

　The special edition "144.ST.S.JUB.II" features several changes compared to the standard "144.ST" model. The case and bracelet feature a sand-matt finish and degimented finish, and are treated with a black hard coating. Sinn's proprietary Ar technology also prevents the sapphire crystal from fogging up due to temperature changes.

　The dial also features white small dials for the chronograph's 30-minute counter and 12-hour counter, improving visibility. As a mark of this commemorative model, the number "60" at the 12 o'clock position on the pulsometer scale is finished in vermilion fluorescent color.

　The movement is the Concepto C99001, which was made as a compatible model of the Valjoux 7750. It is a one-way automatic winding movement, and you can feel the powerful movement of the rotor on your wrist. The see-through back allows you to see the movement, which is engraved with the Sinn logo.
