A limited edition Ana-DigiTemp model will be released from the Citizen Collection RECORD LABEL, a series that brings together unique Citizen models. The Citizen Collection RECORD LABEL Ana-DigiTemp Star Wars Limited Edition Model, which features popular Star Wars characters, will be available for pre-order from May 6, 2021 at participating stores, including e-commerce sites, and is scheduled to go on sale in September 2021.

Citizen has announced a new "Citizen Collection Record Label Ana-DigiTemp Star Wars Limited Edition Model" featuring popular Star Wars characters. The "RECORD LABEL" series is a new line that combines the record of designs Citizen has created to date (RECORD) with the idea of enjoying your own time, just like listening to your favorite music on a record player. The overall retro design gives it a sense of history and story.
The newly announced new watch is a limited edition of six pieces, featuring design motifs of characters from the popular Star Wars film series. The Ana-DigiTemp, which forms the basis of this series, is a 2018 reissue of the 1980s model, which was popular not only in Japan but also overseas when it was released. As the name suggests, it has a unique appearance that combines analog and digital displays, and is a multi-function watch that not only displays the time but also incorporates a sensor function that measures temperature.
The unique personalities of the main characters, such as R2-D2, C-3PO, and Darth Vader, who will be familiar to anyone who has seen the films, match perfectly with the retro-futuristic ana-digi-temp design. Not only are the colors and motifs of each character incorporated throughout, but the Star Wars logo and illustrations of each character are engraved on the case back.
These six models have different limited editions for each model, with 350 and 550 units available. They are scheduled for release in September 2021, but pre-orders are available, starting May 6, 2021, at stores nationwide, including online stores.
