Garmin now supports blood oxygen tracking

Garmin, the American pioneer of GPS devices, has gradually begun supporting blood oxygen tracking in its wearable watches for various activities, including running, golf, and cycling. By measuring the oxygen concentration in the blood, this feature can be used to more effectively improve fitness performance and support a wellness lifestyle.

　The smartwatch uses red LED and infrared lights to read the light absorption state of hemoglobin in the blood using a sensor on the back of the device, and displays blood oxygen tracking data on the device screen.
