Nomos [2021 New Release] "Tangent Sport JP Limited" - Limited to 35 pieces of each color, released exclusively in Japan

NOMOS has reissued the Tangente Sport, which it produced 20 years ago, and released the Tangente Sport JP Limited as a Japan-exclusive model. It comes in two colors, white silver and jet black, and is worthy of note for its rarity, with only 35 pieces of each color.

Following the design of the original model

　NOMOS has announced the Tangente Sport JP Limited, a new model for 2021 that will be available exclusively in Japan. This model was planned in Japan and is a reproduction of the Tangente Sport released 20 years ago. The dial design and 36.5mm case are faithful reproductions of the original model from 20 years ago, with the addition of a new black dial.

　The dial follows the original model, with even-numbered indexes written in Arabic numerals. The white silver dial is paired with blued steel hands, while the jet black dial features chrome-plated hands. The hour and minute hands and the outer hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova, giving the watch a classic design yet practical, with an emphasis on visibility in dark places.

　With its modest 36.5mm size and 7.5mm thickness, it doesn't look like a watch with 100m water resistance. Befitting its name "Tangente Sport," the watch is fitted with NOMOS' first stainless steel bracelet, introduced in 2019, further enhancing its modern, sporty appeal. It also comes with a blue-black textile strap, which allows for a wider range of wearable occasions, creating a more casual and soft look.

　This model, which looks great on the wrists of Japanese people of both genders, will be produced in two colors, white silver and jet black, with only 35 pieces produced each, and will be sold only in Japan.
