Edox [2021 New Release] "Chrono Offshore 1" with a green dial, limited to 300 pieces worldwide

Edox has added a new model with a green dial to its Chrono Offshore 1 diver's watch, which boasts a 500m water resistance and a chronograph function. This popular color is a limited edition of 300 pieces worldwide and is scheduled to go on sale from June 12, 2021.

Elegant green color

　Edox's flagship collection, the Chrono Offshore 1, has been given a new color variation with a green dial and bezel. The bold Chrono Offshore 1 is a series that incorporates the thrilling and powerful world of powerboats, also known as the F1 of the seas. Born from an encounter with the Class One Powerboat World Championship, the world's most prestigious international motorboat racing competition, the first model was released in 2007.

　The sea races, in which machines equipped with four 1200 horsepower engines compete, are a strong fit for Edox, which continues to pursue high-end watchmaking technology, and this attitude is evident in the powerful design of this series. The large case with an automatic helium escape valve is water resistant to 500m, and the heavy-duty 3.5mm ceramic bezel emphasizes the tough and high-quality appearance.

　This new model features a deep green dial and bezel combined with a 316L stainless steel case with a pink gold PVD coating, adding an elegant touch to the sporty design.

　The sunray finish on the dial changes its appearance depending on the angle from which it is viewed, and it complements the pink gold hands that are the same color as the case. The Arabic numeral "1" that stands out among the bar indexes represents the race champion number, and unusually for a men's diver's watch, the numeral is set with a diamond.
