Breitling boutique opens in Sendai, the first in the Tohoku region

On June 10, 2021, Breitling opened its fifth flagship store in Japan, the Breitling Boutique Sendai. The Spirit of Breitling Sendai, which opened in Sendai in 2016 as Tohoku's first concept store, has undergone a complete renovation and been reborn as a Breitling boutique. As the only Breitling boutique in the Tohoku area, the store introduces a cutting-edge concept, where customers are greeted by knowledgeable and passionate Breitling specialists (authorized sales staff).

Breitling Boutique Sendai

　In June 2016, Breitling opened its 12th concept store in Japan, Spirit of Breitling Sendai, in Sendai. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city and facing the beautiful zelkova-lined Jozenji Avenue, the store has long been a beloved fixture in the area. Now, it has been renovated into a boutique incorporating the latest Swiss industrial loft design concept. The spacious space is outfitted with carefully selected special materials and interiors, creating a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. The latest displays showcase up to 200 watches. This flagship store boasts an overwhelming selection of watches, ranging from classic popular models to rare new releases and limited editions.

　The Breitling Boutique represents Breitling's flagship brand in all aspects, including staff knowledge, service, and product lineup. The Breitling Boutique Sendai is staffed by experienced staff who have been trained by Breitling of Switzerland. Customers will be greeted by specialists who not only have specialized watch knowledge but also a high level of hospitality.

　In a video message sent for the occasion, Breitling CEO Georges Kern said, "It is an honor to welcome you all to the opening event of this wonderful boutique. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake. I know the incredible hardships that the people of this region have endured in their efforts to rebuild. This is the first Breitling boutique in the Tohoku area, and I am thrilled to be able to introduce our new products here. I hope all our customers will feel very comfortable in this beautiful space."

　To celebrate the reopening, the Breitling Boutique Sendai will be holding a Breitling Boutique Open Fair from June 12th to July 11th. The latest models, including the Super Chronomat, which was just released in May, will be available early.
