Credor's first skeleton model, the GBBD998, was released in February 1996. The movement developed was the mechanical movement caliber 6899, designed specifically for skeleton watches, allowing the interior of the watch to be seen from both the front and back.

At that time, when developing the movement, they aimed for a design that incorporated Japanese beauty based on their own design philosophy. As a result, a distinctive model was born, with a bridge that resembled "bamboo bending in the wind" and a beautiful "chrysanthemum" engraved on the movement. Furthermore, at 1.98mm, it was the highest in Japan.
Its slim design and practicality made it extremely popular from the moment it was released.

This model, inspired by the image of "bamboo" and paying homage to the original skeleton model, is themed around the majestic scene of a bamboo forest covered in snow. It expresses the tension of the bamboo bending under the weight of the snow and the overlapping scenes. The snow piled up on the bamboo is rendered with the sparkle of diamonds, while the bamboo leaves and snowflakes are rendered with the sharp sparkle of masterful engraving. Tapered baguette diamonds are cut one by one to fit the curve of the bridge, depicting the dignified appearance of bamboo.

The movement engraving visible through the case back is entirely covered in the "Kiku Komon" (small chrysanthemum pattern), which inherits the "chrysanthemum" motif used in the original model, but has been redesigned to appear even more delicate and elegant.
