The customized watch that received the most votes in Seiko's "CUSTOM WATCH BEATMAKER" campaign will be commercialized. In honor of the year, only 2021 pieces will be produced worldwide, with sales scheduled to begin on Friday, August 6, 2021.

Seiko's popular casual watch brand, Seiko 5 Sports, has announced a limited edition model. This limited edition model features the customized color that received the most votes from participants in the "CUSTOM WATCH BEATMAKER" campaign.
This campaign was held from October 2020 to January 2021 to commemorate the first anniversary of the launch of the Seiko 5 Sports. On the dedicated website, users could create their own customized model online by selecting parts and colors from five categories. At the same time, background music that matched the model they created was automatically played from a selection of 32 original songs created by eight artists who sympathize with the Seiko 5 Sports brand image. It was a place where users could express the new Seiko 5 Sports' motto of "Show Your Style."
On this special website, users from all over the world could view customized models created, and users could vote on all of the models that were made public. Approximately 48,000 customized models were entered, and the number of votes totaled approximately 16 million.

Among them, the new Seiko 5 Sports Custom Watch Beatmaker 2021 Limited Edition Model received the most votes, with approximately 850 million votes. It features a striking blue and red rotating bezel and a brilliant gold-tone dial, a colorway not available on the regular model.
The transparent case back allows you to see the automatic caliber 4R36 in action. To keep the price low, the movement's finishing is minimal. As proof that this is a limited edition model, each watch is individually numbered from 0001/2021 to 2021/2021.
The new "Seiko 5 Sports CUSTOM WATCH BEATMAKER 2021 Limited Edition Model" will be produced in 2021 units, in keeping with the year of the Gregorian calendar. Sales are scheduled to begin on August 6th, so if you're interested, we recommend checking it out early.
