Glashütte Original's Pano Inverse Limited Edition is inspired by the dome of the Dresden University of Fine Arts

　The glass and steel three-quarter plate, visible from the dial side, has a futuristic look with its intricate guilloché engraving, which incorporates the distinctive relief-like patterns of the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts. Guilloché is an engraving technique exclusive to Glashütte Original, in which intricate geometric lines are carved into the dial or plate using traditional tools. The pattern changes appearance depending on how the light hits the surface.

　This is also evident in the details, such as the gold chatons screwed into a guilloched galvanic anthracite three-quarter plate, the blued screws, the polished anthracite dial, the white gold applied indexes and hands, the elegant power reserve display and the brand's signature double swan-neck fine-regulation device, which is attached to a galvanic anthracite balance bridge and appears to float in mid-air.The underlying screw balance wheel represents the beating heart of Glashütte Original's manual-winding movement, caliber 66-09.

Highest level of precision

　The swan-neck fine regulator has been in use in Glashütte since 1888. To adjust a watch, the adjusting screw of the swan-neck spring is turned, which acts on the balance spring via a regulator. Changing the position of the regulator changes the effective length of the balance spring, thereby adjusting precision. The innovative double swan-neck fine regulator introduced by Glashütte Original takes this principle a step further: by adding an additional swan-neck spring, the engagement between the escape wheel and the pallet is optimized, maintaining symmetry between the rate (V/N) on the right side and the pallet on the left side, resulting in exceptional precision.
