Citizen has released a new collection, the "CITIZEN Disney Collection," that Disney fans must see!

To celebrate the first anniversary of the opening of the official Disney online store, "shop Disney," Citizen has announced the "CITIZEN Disney Collection." This collection, which includes nine models inspired by characters from four brands—Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars—is a must-see for Disney fans. While the collection will be released on Friday, November 5, 2021, general pre-orders are scheduled to begin on Friday, October 15.

　Citizen, which has formed a global alliance with The Walt Disney Company, has launched the "CITIZEN Disney Collection," a must-have watch collection for Disney fans. This commemorates the first anniversary of the opening of "shop Disney," an online store operated by Walt Disney Japan where official Disney merchandise can be purchased.

　The theme of this new collection is "EVERY MOMENT IS A MIRACLE." It is a collaboration between the world of Disney, which inspires viewers, and Citizen, which conveys the romance of time. The collection consists of four brands: Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars, and features a total of nine models, each inspired by a different character.

　The case back of each model is engraved with a phrase that evokes a character's "miraculous moment," and anyone who has seen the movie will be able to picture that scene. From Disney, four watches have been released, inspired by Mickey and Minnie, Elsa from the movie "Frozen," and Rapunzel from the movie "Tangled." Mickey and Minnie are designed as a pair of watches, and the base model is the Exceed.

The dial features a silhouette of R2-D2 in a similar white color.

PIXAR

From Pixar, Woody and Buzz Lightyear from the popular film "Toy Story" were chosen. The "Woody" model, featuring a sheriff's badge at the 12 o'clock position and a belt buckle mark at the 6 o'clock position, is based on a chronograph from the Citizen collection. The leather strap is embossed with the same cactus pattern as Woody's boots, adding a touch of intricacy.
