Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Announces Agreement to Open in Los Angeles

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, the jewel in hospitality, has announced that it has signed an agreement to build a new luxury resort in Los Angeles. Scheduled to open in 2025, the new Bvlgari Resort will be Bvlgari's second property in the United States, following Miami, which is scheduled to open in 2024.

　Plans call for 58 rooms and suites, eight private estates, the Bvlgari Il Ristorante Niko Romito, a 10,000-square-foot spa, a state-of-the-art fitness gym offering Bvlgari's signature training methods, a movie theater, and an eight-seat sushi bar.

　The hotel's guest rooms and suites will be scattered across the eastern half of the property, in bungalow-like, secluded spaces designed for ultimate comfort. The resort also features eight residences, ranging in size from 12,000 to 48,000 square feet, each boasting at least one acre and up to five acres of private space. The unique topography of the Los Angeles canyons allows for vast open spaces and privacy, giving each residence a distinctive setting while preserving the area's ridgelines and protecting the flora and fauna.
