Edox releases a new green model of the Delfin Meccano Automatic

Edox's Delphine Meccano Automatic, which features attractive cutwork with an hourglass motif, now comes in a new model with green accents.

The brand's iconic model, "Delphine," was born about 60 years ago.

　Following the revolutionary waterproof watch "Delphin" released in 1961, the first skeleton model "Delphin Meccano Automatic" was released in 2019. A new design with green accents has been added.

　The Delphin, which debuted about 60 years ago, was the world's first wristwatch equipped with the patented "Double-O Ring" waterproof mechanism. The Delphin Meccano Automatic is a model that pursues quality in both practicality as a wristwatch and beautiful design. While inheriting Edox's legacy of waterproofing and traditional design, it adds a more modern touch.

　It is a modern openwork skeleton watch with an hourglass motif, the brand's emblem. The real pleasure of a skeleton watch is being able to enjoy the movement of the intricate mechanisms, such as the balance wheel, escape wheel, anchor, barrel, and minute wheel.

　The bezel is 12-sided, and the dynamic screws on the bezel are taken from an archive piece released in 1973. By combining a modern skeleton watch with a traditional design, it has a sporty yet elegant design. This Heritage Collection inherits Edox's patented waterproof mechanism, developed from its unique perspective, and a robust case structure, while also retaining its design.

New model with green accents added

　The addition of this new model with a green accent color further expands the options available. The basic stainless steel case features a hairline finish, and the stainless steel bezel is coated with black PVD, with vivid green hands, indexes, and flange, creating a sophisticated yet easy-to-wear color scheme.

　The rubber strap is soft and comfortable against the skin, and is water-resistant and durable, making it suitable for any occasion. The wide lugs that are integrated into the strap feature two links for a comfortable fit, playing an important role in terms of both design and functionality.
