Vacheron Constantin has unveiled the Égérie Creative Edition, a ladies' watch with a delicately decorated dial. Inspired by the hand-woven lace of Burano, Italy, this model is available exclusively at Vacheron Constantin boutiques.

Five crafts on one dial
Vacheron Constantin has been in the watch business continuously since its founding in 1755, and has been making watches for women for many years.
The new "Égérie Creative Edition" is a luxurious model that makes full use of the techniques of engraving, enamel, tapestry and gem setting. Of particular note is the white gold decoration that resembles the lace of Burano, Italy, created with delicate needlework.

The dial of the Égérie Creative Edition, intricately engraved like Burano lace, combines five arts, including exquisite expertise.
The ancient decorative technique of guilloching creates a pleated tapestry on the white gold dial, enhanced by black enamel. The masterful craftsmanship of the enameller is also evident in the moon phase window. Beneath a plique-à-jour enamel cloud motif, the mother-of-pearl depicts a starry night sky, measuring just 0.27 mm, a first for Vacheron Constantin.

The white gold lace is so thin that it would be physically impossible to pinch it between your fingers without bending it. Jewelers have adorned the motif with 250 brilliant-cut diamonds, and a further 292 add dazzling sparkle to the case and crown.
Adding the finishing touch to this exceptional workmanship is a satin-finished black calfskin strap with a buckle set with 21 diamonds, which can be removed at the touch of a button and replaced with the included black Mississippi alligator leather strap.
