It inherits the design of the second-generation King Seiko KSK, which was born in 1965, and is the first regular model to be equipped with the thin automatic movement, caliber 6L35.

With its streamlined dial layout, case style with pronounced edges, and box-shaped crystal, this model established the King Seiko design codes.

This model features bold, thick, and long three-sided hour and minute hands, ensuring high visibility. The bold, multi-faceted case combines mirror and hairline finishes, adhering to the design of the original model while adding a modern element.
