Audemars Piguet has opened the world's first edutainment facility, "AP LAB Tokyo," in Jingumae, Shibuya Ward. This facility, a first for the brand, allows visitors to learn and experience the essential elements of watchmaking through a variety of games and edutainment content. It is a fun place to play with watches, not only for watch enthusiasts but also for beginners.

AP LAB Tokyo

AP LAB Tokyo is divided into two floors. On the main floor, the first floor, you can deepen your knowledge of luxury watches and learn about the brand's history and key features of its craftsmanship through five games themed around "time," "materials," "mechanisms," "sound," and "celestial bodies." Only those who complete all five games can move on to the next stage (Master Class). (Even if you are unable to complete all five games, you can try again as many times as you like at a later date.)

　This stage allows participants to experience the world of watchmaking by trying their hand at a number of techniques used in fine watchmaking, including the most sophisticated Haute Horlogerie decorative techniques such as satin-finishing, polishing and circular graining.
