The overall impression of the new product exhibition in Geneva was a calm atmosphere from start to finish. However, if we were to evaluate each product individually, there were certainly some good works. This time, the votes were quite split, but the two greats who stuck to their original concept came in first and second.

This is a masterpiece that most faithfully inherits the radical spirit of the model first released in 1967. It is one of the two that I honestly wanted. (Furukawa)

●I applaud the bold decision to revamp only the internal components, leaving the dial and case design almost unchanged. The new movement brings about evolutionary changes typical of Lange, such as a jumping calendar and a mechanism that stops the second hand at zero when the mainspring is fully rewound. (Takagi)
●The appearance is the same as the previous model. However, it is equipped with a movement with an extremely logical design, including a free-sprung balance wheel, a barrel design that improves isochronism, and a direct center second with minimal loss. Puritans may choose the previous model, but I rate the performance of the new model highly. (Hirota)
